This was contrary to most if not all research presented to the government at the time
but knowing this the government did not allow these studies and their results
to be presented to the Supreme Court to prevent this law from being passed.
It was Passed in spite of the research made available stating its medicinal purposes and uses.
Today, Marijuana has been recognized as having medicinal purposes
and is available to those who have received a prescription from a doctor.
THIS IS WHY MARIJUANA SHOULD BE LEGALIZED
If doctors have determined it does have Medicinal Purposes
and the government has agreed by allowing certain people the right to use it as a medical cure or treatment.
THIS ALONE REMOVES IT FROM THE SCHEDULE 1 DRUG LIST
THEREFORE
IT MUST BE LEGALIZED FOR ALL TO USE
THE LAW ONLY APPLIES TO SCHEDULE 1 DRUGS
IF NOT CLASSIFIED AS A SCHEDULE 1 DRUG
IT CANT BE ILLEGAL FOR ANYBODY
SO WHY IS IT STILL ILLEGAL EXCEPT FOR THOSE WHO HAVE DOCTORS PRESCRIPTIONS?
WHO BENEFITS?
IS THIS STILL AN IMMIGRATION ISSUE?
WHO WILL CHAMPION THE CAUSE OF LEGALIZING MARIJUANA FOR ALL?
THE GOVERNMENT WOULD BE DEBT FREE IN LESS THAN 3 YEARS
THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK WOULD NOT BE HAPPY AT ALL

therefore have no more use for it and this would upset the bankers more than you know.

U.S. FARMERS WOULD LOVE TO MAKE THIS A STAPLE CROP

MADE/GROWN IN THE U.S.A.
WOULD AGAIN BECOME OUR MOTTO.
THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO AFFORD TO HIRE AMERICANS
TO WORK THE CROPS AND/OR MANAGE THE FIELDS
MARIJUANA CAN BE GROWN JUST ABOUT ANYWHERE IN THIS COUNTRY
THEREFORE IT WOULD NO LONGER MAKE SENSE FOR SMUGGLERS TO CROSS
OUR BORDERS ILLEGALLY BECAUSE THERE WOULD BE NO MARKET FOR THEM.
IMMIGRANT WORKERS WOULD STAY IN MEXICO
BECAUSE THEY COULD MAKE MONEY IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY SELLING TO THE U.S.
NO NEED FOR THEM TO COME HERE FOR WORK.
The U.S Government benefits
because they would be able to tax it and apply the taxes collected to paying off
National Debt
Within a 3 year period they would be in the Black
They would no longer owe the Federal Reserve any more money and
could and should dissolve it and the IRS.
Collection of Federal Income taxes would no longer be necessary
because there would be enough revenue being collected
from the taxes on the sales of Marijuana
to finance anything the government wants to
(including medicare and social security).

NOT HAVING A WAR ON DRUGS
IMAGINE ALL THE MONEY TAXPAYERS SAVE?
JAILS WOULD BECOME LESS CROWDED
WITH MARIJUANA POSSESSION AND DISTRIBUTION CRIMES
WHICH WOULD MAKE MORE ROOM FOR REAL CRIMINALS
ENTREPENEURS WOULD BENEFIT TREMENDOUSLY
Marijuana would stimulate the business of creativity
Could you Imagine all the products and services created by legalization.
Marketing and Promotional Revenue would be off the charts.
Head Shops would pop up all over the country.
Just the Paraphanalia would create so many jobs and opportunities
to produce, market, service, and distribute these products.
IMAGINE SELLING AND/OR USING MARIJUANA
WITHOUT HAVING TO BE PARANOID ABOUT BEING ARRESTED?
WHO DOESNT BENEFIT FROM THE LEGALIZATION?
Pharmaceutical Companies
would take a financial hit
because many of their man-made drugs would take a back seat to Marijuana.
Sleep drugs as well as anti-depressive drugs would basically become obsolete.
Most Man-made Drugs directed toward
Diet, High blood pressure, Glaucoma, Aches and Pains, plus many more ailments
may become unnecessary especially at those ridiculous prices.
It provides competition to the pharmaceutical companies
therefore driving the cost of their products down to a more realistic price.
May cause a few companies to go out of business unless they adapt.
LAWYERS AND LOCAL COURTS
If possession and distribution of Marijuana are no longer crimes,
then there will no longer be legal fees and fines to be collected.
THE FEDERAL (UNFEDERAL) RESERVE BANK
The U.S. Government would become debt free quickly
by paying off not only the interest but for the first time ever paying off the principle
of the original loan that took place in 1909 - 1913
There would no longer be a need for this privately owned bank to be involved in govt.
No longer would there be a need to collect Federal Income Tax which is still Unconstitutional.
Big Bankers would not be happy
because their idea of world domination and global monetization
would suffer a major setback.
U.S. GOVERNMENT WOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE POSSESSION OF ITS GOLD
NOW HELD BY THE FEDERAL RESERVE UNTIL THE LOAN IS PAID BACK.
This is why Bankers never want to see this happen.
Basically they would be out of business and lose all their power if this took place.
DRUG LORDS/CARTELS, BLACK MARKETERS, AND ORGANIZED CRIME
would suffer monetary losses because the price of marijuana would be reduced dramatically, basically there would be no money in selling it anymore because of the competition created. It would almost become free because anyone could then grow it in their own home. No need to purchase off the streets.
Profit Margin would seriously be impacted making it basically a worthless enterprise unless done legally.
